We are now looking for an experiencedLawyer

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Registration of intellectual property (trademarks, designs, copyrights) together with consultants
  • Protection of intellectual property (monitoring and protection, challenging the registration of conflicting trademarks, initiating lawsuits)
  • Consultations on product compliance (age ratings, rules for specific platforms)
  • Tracking global trends and upcoming changes in regulatory requirements in gaming advertising
  • Ensuring compliance with personal data laws (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Legal support
  • Contractual activities (checking the reliability of counterparties, developing and coordinating draft contracts (supply contracts, work contracts, license agreements, etc.)

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Law degree
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Experience working in gaming companies, IT, or law firms
  • Strong understanding of international laws related to IP and personal data
  • Upper-Intermediate proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and take full accountability for outcomes
  • Excellent skills in planning, prioritization, and self-organization
  • High stress tolerance and adaptability to rapidly changing information
  • Ability to propose practical solutions
  • Strong communication skills, quick learner, and eagerness to explore new areas
