Delek US Holdings in Brentwood, TN seeks an attorney to provide a full range of legal services, serving as counsel to a business unit or as a corporate expert in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, employment law, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a JD, a Bachelor's, and 6+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities include due diligence, negotiations, and ensuring compliance with securities regulations and industry rules, interfacing with Boards and senior leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of legal advice and services as an attorney.

• Perform due diligence for and negotiate/close corporate mergers and acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state securities laws and industry regulations (e.g., FERC).
• Address corporate governance matters with the Board of Directors.
