  • Coordinate attorney and department calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, vendor invoices, and departmental purchasing needs
  • Manage Legal Department mail and shared inboxes, ensuring timely review, response, routing, and escalation of legal correspondence and requests
  • Maintain Legal Department records and files in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and record-retention standards
  • Demonstrate high level proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Copilot, as well as Webex, Teams, and other conferencing systems
Litigation Tasks

  • Conduct research and gather business records and information from a variety of business sources and systems in support of subpoenas, litigation matters, internal investigations, reporting requests, and special projects
  • Coordinate document collection efforts with business partners across the organization and organize responsive information for legal review and production
  • Prepare and ensure successful delivery of check/wire requests for litigation settlements.
  • Generate invoices for subpoena responses, in addition to following up on unpaid invoices.
  • Maintain and create monthly subpoena metric reports
  • Identify potential legal, regulatory, operational, or process risks and escalation of concerns to attorneys and department leadership as appropriate
  • Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing competing requests, resolving routine issues, and determining when escalation to attorneys or department leadership is appropriate.
  • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
