The Legal Content Manager is responsible for ensuring that the legal information in ILAO’s content management system is accurate and current. They coordinate a team of Legal Content Volunteers (LCVs) and subject matter experts to maintain the quality and usability of legal information for lower-income communities in Illinois. The role involves staying informed on legal trends affecting these communities and developing innovative ways to increase access to justice through technology.
