Trustpoint.one has partnered with a leading AmLaw firm to find a highly motivated Conflicts Analyst for a direct hire position. This role is vital in maintaining the integrity and compliance of new business intake and conflict resolution processes at a prestigious law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review, interpret, and summarize conflict report results to support new business intake and client matters.
  2. Analyze and resolve potential legal and business conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Implement information barriers and notify affected firm personnel appropriately.
  4. Draft formal email waivers and conflict waiver letters for proper documentation and compliance.
  5. Maintain conflict-related database with accurate and comprehensive information.
  6. Review new business intake forms to identify conflicts, conduct corporate research, and collaborate with firm personnel for conflict clearance.
  7. Research related parties to confirm and document relationships to existing clients.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of experience as a conflicts analyst or in conflicts clearance, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
  2. Strong understanding of legal conflicts of interest and report interpretation.
  3. Proficiency in corporate research, legal databases, and intake systems.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  7. Must be within commuting distance of the Seattle office for onsite meetings.
