We seek an experienced Transactions Attorney to support Blackstone Private Equity Strategies. The role involves leading complex transactions such as M&A, structured and minority investments, and securities offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law within a fast-paced, global environment, providing expert legal advice to investment teams and portfolio companies.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and location. Compensation outside the US will follow local market standards.
