Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Legal Client Service Manager on behalf of our client, a leading provider of legal case administration and support services. This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity is based onsite in Woodland Hills, CA, and is an excellent role for a service-focused people leader with a background in client support management.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and experienced customer service professional who excels at leading teams, refining operational workflows, and maintaining high client satisfaction in a legal or service-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5–8 client support professionals, overseeing daily workflow, training, and performance.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented responses to client inquiries while maintaining high service standards.
  • Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and support relationship-building efforts through clear, proactive communication.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with internal teams to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Develop key performance metrics, conduct workshops, and contribute to staff training and development initiatives.
  • Stay current on company services, case developments, and best practices to ensure informed client support and consistent service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong experience in a supervisory or managerial role in customer service or client support.
  • Proven success managing teams and resolving client issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer support platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Independent and results-driven mindset with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

This full-time, temp-to-hire position is located onsite in Woodland Hills, CA, with an hourly pay rate of $31–$36/hour DOE. Additionally, medical, dental, vision and voluntary life insurance, an employee assistance plan (EAP), and commuter and transit benefits for those who are working on average 30 or more hours per week.
