What You'll Do:

Work closely with an immigration attorney on employment-based immigration cases

Prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documentation

Draft legal communications and maintain clear client correspondence

Conduct legal research and stay updated on U.S. immigration policy

Organize and manage client files with accuracy and compliance

Communicate with clients and government agencies about case status

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience as an immigration paralegal

Strong understanding of U.S. immigration law and procedures

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Paralegal certification is preferred but not required

Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required

Spanish proficiency is a strong asset
