You will support attorneys with case management, including preparing, formatting, and organizing pleadings and other legal documents, maintaining case files, managing calendars and deadlines, coordinating court filings and managing e-filing in the State and Federal courts, and assisting with client communications and correspondence. The role involves scheduling and tracking hearings, depositions, and meetings, as well as compiling exhibits and maintaining accurate records in firm document management systems. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Seattle, Washington, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility to support practice needs.
$75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience
