Position Summary

The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Legal Assistant for our Litigation Unit.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with the preparation of pleadings, briefs, exhibits, correspondence, discovery, and court filings.
Qualifications
  • Experience with ECF and knowledge of state and federal filing procedures; 10th Circuit filing experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, excellent spelling and grammar, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to prepare complex pleadings and correspondence, including Table of Authorities and Indexing, and to prioritize workflow.
  • Heavy litigation experience preferred, including trial preparation, deposition summarization, discovery review, and caseload management.
