What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Update internal and external client systems within expected timeframes
- Sort, scan, categorize, label, and organize legal documentation
- Complete assigned work queue items accurately and timely
- Assist in preparing required items for clients and courts
- Communicate professionally through various platforms and complete assigned trainings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Skilled in accurate data entry and strong time-management skills
- Ability to adhere to basic instructions, job aids, and procedures
- Self-driven with the capability to work independently or collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior bankruptcy experience
- Experience with preparing Proofs of Claim, including the 410A
- Familiarity with accounting functions such as reconciliations or payment history preparation
