Under general supervision, provides legal administrative support ensuring the efficient operation, organization, and distribution of legal documents, the maintenance of the department’s docket of cases, and the preparation of court cases. Assists with the Medical Subrogation process through generation and tracking of correspondence. Assists with Claims processing as time permits.
