The role supports attorneys with discovery, medical chronologies, pleadings, and trial prep in a collaborative, results-driven environment. Candidates should have five-plus years in plaintiff litigation, strong MS Office skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of plaintiff litigation experience in Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice cases.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) required.
• FileVine experience preferred.

• Prepare medical chronologies and medical expense itemizations
• Prepare discovery responses for attorney review
• Draft pleadings
• Assist in trial preparation, including witness organization and exhibit lists
• Anticipates and identifies clients’/colleagues’ current and future needs
