Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to support the work of the Office of General Counsel and its legal services to the Department of Revenue in multiple areas including, litigation management, records management, personnel and tax litigation cases and other complex legal service areas. This work involves communicating with both internal and external stakeholders on litigation issues and other sensitive matters; developing, implementing, and maintaining processes to organize and coordinate complex Office of General Counsel projects and processes—including processes relating to management and processing of large datasets for litigations, discovery, subpoenas, or data requests; preliminary review of case records, preparing first drafts of litigation documents to support attorney legal work.
This role is designated as an in-office position and requires full-time onsite attendance.
A writing assessment will be required as part of the selection process. Interviews for this position will take place in person.

Additional Requirements
