Job summary

Fort Lauderdale personal injury law firm is hiring ASAP for a Case Manager/Pre-suit Legal Assistant/Paralegal. The role focuses on plaintiffs' PI matters, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.

In-office, full-time with competitive base salary and bonus, plus benefits. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in case management or paralegal roles handling pre-litigation PI matters, strong communication, and ability to liaise with clients, adjusters, medical offices, and attorneys.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in case management, paralegal, or legal assistant roles handling personal injury pre-litigation matters.
• Experience with medical records, insurance claims, property damage, and demand preparation.
• Strong communication and follow-through skills.

Hiring ASAP: Case Manager/Pre-suit Legal Assistant/Paralegal for a busy personal injury law firm in Fort Lauderdale. This position will focus on plaintiffs' personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases.

Duties:

• Prepare and send out Demand Packages
• Schedule and coordinate client events, including EUOs and IMEs
• Act as the liaison between the client and the adjusters, medical offices, and attorneys
• Prepare, assist, and manage treatment plans
• Correspond and provide continual updates and support to clients

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and follow-through skills
• 2+ years of experience in a case management, paralegal, or legal assistant role handling personal injury pre-litigation matters, preferably on the plaintiff side
• Experience with personal injury claims processes, including medical records, insurance claims, property damage, and demand preparation.
