We are seeking a professional Legal Appeals Specialist to join a growing team. This is a full time, permanent, direct hire role with full benefits. This role is 100% REMOTE. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of paralegal experience, will understand the legal billing process, and will be highly detail oriented.

Job Description:

• Review invoice reductions and prepares appeal response recommendations in compliance with billing guidelines to assist attorneys with their appeals
• Determine priorities and calendars deadlines
• Correspond with attorneys or other departments
• Review the appeal process for areas of improvement
• Update training and workflow as needed based on feedback and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree
• 3-6 years of paralegal expereince (Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Expereince with MS Office Suites
• Expereince with Aderant and BillBlast (Bonus)
• 100% remote
