This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This position is primarily performed in a professional office environment with regular use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. The role requires frequent interaction with employees, executive leadership, attorneys, insurance representatives, and external business partners. Occasional visits to construction project sites, company facilities, or off‑site meetings may be required. The position operates in a fast‑paced environment that demands the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
This role requires prolonged periods of sitting, frequent use of a computer and standard office equipment, and occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting or carrying files and office materials up to 25 pounds. The position may require the ability to travel occasionally to company offices, project sites, or legal proceedings as needed.
This is a full‑time hourly position. The scheduled hours are typically 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday but may be extended as required to execute the tasks assigned.
This position may require occasional travel.
High school diploma or GED is required. At least two years of professional, vocational, or technical education in a relevant field highly desired and preferred. Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or prior experience working within a law firm, corporate legal department, construction‑related organization, or commercial insurance environment is preferred.
