Qualifications

• Pursuing pre-law, Data Analytics, Business Analytics or JD/LLM dual degree.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Strong collaboration, coordination and facilitation skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT, AI development or contract law is a strong plus.
• Fluency in an additional language is a strong plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal databases such as WestLaw or Lexis.

Responsibilities

• Support contract maintenance and reporting tasks.
• Assist in developing legal templates and contract playbooks.
• Research contract law and term analysis.
• Draft legal documents and assist with governance activities.
