Job summary

Arrow Search Partners is recruiting on behalf of a global investment management firm to hire a Legal Analyst/Paralegal in New York. This role supports attorneys across contracts, regulatory initiatives, and operations.

You will negotiate and review agreements, oversee the contract management lifecycle, coordinate with the legal team on investment activities, and assist the compliance team on regulatory initiatives. 2–4 years of paralegal or legal experience required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of paralegal, legal assistant and/or legal analyst experience.
• Experience at a corporate law firm or financial services firm.
• Experience supporting attorneys on contracts, regulatory initiatives and operations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and review various documents and agreements such as NDAs, engagement letters, confidentiality agreements.
• Oversight of the contract management lifecycle.
