Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, is seeking a Product Manager II to own end-to-end development of AI-powered features for Protege, serving legal professionals worldwide.

You will partner with customers, Marketing and Sales to define hypotheses, shape product vision, and drive delivery through cross-functional teams, while building compelling business cases and product plans.

Qualifications

• Must have product management experience and be able to translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and quantitative thinking with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills; able to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to identify needs and prioritize requirements.
• Define and evaluate product hypotheses with quantitative methods (AB testing).
• Assist launch plans with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Own content and delivery of customer activities and trainings for market rollout.
• Participate in product discovery and lifecycle management for new developments.
• Set strategic vision and priorities for feature areas; shape future direction.
• Create product development plans, including opportunity assessment and business cases.

About The Role

The Product Manager II will take end-to-end ownership of one or more product capabilities-driving ideation, development, and delivery of high-impact features that redefine how legal professionals interact with AI-powered tools. This will support the extensive AI drafting and analytical services which contribute to Protege.

Responsibilities

• Interacting frequently with customers, identifying needs and prioritizing customer requirements
• Defining and evaluating product hypotheses in a quantitative manner, such as AB testing
• Assisting on launch plans through coordinated development with external customer-facing teams, such as Marketing and Sales
• Owning the content and delivery of customer activities and training sessions in support of market roll-out
• Participating in product discovery, according to defined process, for new product development
• Managing portions of the product life-cycle
• Determining strategic product vision and priorities for a feature area, and shaping future product direction
• Creating Product Development plans, including opportunity assessment and business case

Requirements

• Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities, and be able to think analytically
• Have a passion for technology and a desire to learn and progress quickly
• Have a great working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and good general IT skills
• Have the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to a wide audience
• Be able to demonstrate product development knowledge, including developing related business cases, content, and product plans
• Have significant experience in a product management
• Have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
