Overview

UK-based law firm specialising in providing expert legal services for the bridging finance sector. We are expanding and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrator / PA to join our remote team.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the firm and associated companies
  • Manage telephone calls, emails, post, and client enquiries professionally
  • Draft, format and amend legal documents, correspondence and contract templates
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team
  • Schedule and organise meetings (internal and external)
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the virtual office
  • Support fee earners with civil litigation tasks and case preparation as needed
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in UK civil litigation is essential
  • Fully set up to work remotely with reliable internet and workspace
  • Professional, friendly and client-focused approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Degree in Law, Economics, Business, Finance or a related field
