Overview
UK-based law firm specialising in providing expert legal services for the bridging finance sector. We are expanding and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrator / PA to join our remote team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for the firm and associated companies
- Manage telephone calls, emails, post, and client enquiries professionally
- Draft, format and amend legal documents, correspondence and contract templates
- Provide administrative support to the legal team
- Schedule and organise meetings (internal and external)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the virtual office
- Support fee earners with civil litigation tasks and case preparation as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in UK civil litigation is essential
- Fully set up to work remotely with reliable internet and workspace
- Professional, friendly and client-focused approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Degree in Law, Economics, Business, Finance or a related field
- Exposure to experienced litigators or direct support to litigation teams is highly advantageous
- Solid understanding of UK legal processes and compliance requirements
- Business development awareness is a plus
