A leading law firm is looking for a full-time Legal Administrative Specialist in New York to support attorneys with high-level legal tasks. We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Legal Administrative Specialist to provide high-level support to two attorneys in leadership roles with expanding client portfolios and active business development efforts. Under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Legal Support Services, the Legal Administrative Specialist performs a wide range of executive level litigation and administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional task execution skills, a command of complex calendar and workflow management, and the ability to operate with precision in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

For applicants that meet the experience requirements for the role and are physically based in New York City, New York, the expected salary range is $86,000 - $120,000 annually upon commencement of employment. Starting salary will be determined on an individualized basis with consideration to prior experience and additional qualifications. This is in addition to a comprehensive benefit package offered by the Firm.
