Position Summary: The Legal Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the company by handling various clerical and organizational tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to legal team handling landlord-tenant matters, lease agreements, building code violations, and compliance
  • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, including notices, contracts, and correspondence
  • Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate with capex team lead, area/property managers, attorneys, and government officials
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion


Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in legal administration, property management, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
