Location: Cincinnati, OH

We seek a self-directed, high-energy individual with advanced computer skills to support multiple attorneys and/or paralegals in commercial litigation.

Responsibilities
  • File and client management
  • Formatting, proofreading, and editing of documents
  • Online filings
  • Time entry and expense reimbursements
  • Travel arrangements and other administrative support
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of recent administrative support experience
  • Effective communication skills with all staff levels
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF editing software, and legal software
  • Experience with E-filing (federal and state) is a plus
  • Experience with timekeeping software and document management systems
  • Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Typing speed of 65 WPM
  • Exposure to Litigation preferred
  • Interest or experience in Environmental, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Litigation, or TORT practice areas
