Overview:
We seek an individual with previous transactional LAA experience or someone who has worked in an executive administrative assistant level who is interested in becoming a part of the legal profession. The ideal candidate will work in a team to perform legal administrative support for Associates and Paralegals, with a specialization in supporting a Corporate and/or M&A practice. Hours for this position are 8:30-5:00.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Document creation and revisions
- Proofreading and redacting
- Maintaining electronic case files
- Project management
- Calendar maintenance including scheduling internal and external meetings
- Word Processing
- Microsoft office work including letter writing etc.
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required

- Prior law firm experience and/or knowledge of, or previous exposure to the banking industry

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $24 - $39/hour. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
