Responsibilities include calendaring, maintaining confidential files, and assisting with timekeeping and continuing legal education reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail and proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Xcel Energy supports a hybrid work model to enable collaboration and flexibility. Many roles are expected to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday); however, work location expectations vary based on role, team, and business needs.
Performs a variety of legal administrative duties for attorneys under general supervision. Prepares correspondence & other communication and complex legal documents. Organizes and maintains document and electronic files. Serves as liaison in person and by email and telephone between attorneys and clients, outside counsel, etc. Assumes increasing levels of responsibility to lessen workload of attorneys; relieves attorneys of administrative duties. Handles details and complex assignments within agreed upon limits. Handles highly confidential information. Knowledge of legal terminology required.
