A leading law firm in Baltimore is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant to support their litigation practice. This role involves managing legal documents, drafting correspondence, and coordinating schedules. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant with experience supporting a litigation practice. Duties include, but are not limited to, maintaining legal documents and files, drafting routine correspondence, and filing pleadings with a variety of courts, including electronic submissions, coordinating scheduling of depositions and travel arrangements, and other administrative duties. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience and the following skillsets:
