Qualifikationen

• Previous accounting, AP, billing, or bookkeeping experience.
• Law firm or professional services experience is a plus.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

This position will support the Accounting Manager with day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, credit card reconciliations, client billing, expense processing, and new matter setup.
