Legacy of St. Michael, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Cook/Chef to join our growing team!

Legacy of St. Michael Senior Living is conveniently located in St. Michael, MN. It is a stunning facility that offers 95 total units between Assisted Living, Independent living, and memory care. Our residents enjoy activities and socializing in common areas. Join our team to help our residents Age Magnificently!

Shifts: Full-Time (6am-2pm with every other weekend rotation) Part-Time (6am-2pm with every other weekend rotation)

Wage: $17.50-$22.50

Duties:

  • Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.
  • Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and accuracy.
  • Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.
  • Review and process diet changes and ensure menus are maintained in accordance with established procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally and positively with residents, their families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
