Job Title: Community Life Assistant

Legacy of Farmington, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Community Life Assistant to join our team. Located in Farmington off Denmark Ave, our community offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 70-unit apartment-style setting. We are a growing community with a passionate and caring team dedicated to helping residents Age Magnificently. Join us!

Shifts & Compensation
  • Part-Time PM, Every Other Weekend (approximately 20 hours/week)
  • Wage: $17.50-$22.50, based on experience
About the Role

If you are compassionate and passionate about enriching others' lives, we want you! Our Community Life Assistants become part of our family, impacting the lives of residents in our community.

You will assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in developing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing community life and wellness programs tailored to residents' needs and interests.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate group programs efficiently and timely.
  • Promote wellness dimensions within community programs.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and volunteers to foster positive relations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
  • Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including email.
