Join us for the Legacy of Delano - Chef-Cook - Part Time PM role at Lifespark.

Job Description

Legacy of Delano, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking an On-Call Cook to join our team. Located off Highway 12 in Delano, near Coborn's, our community offers 51 units across Assisted Living, Independent, and Memory Care apartments. We are a growing community with compassionate team members dedicated to helping residents Age Magnificently.

Shifts Available: Part Time PM

Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food according to menus, diet plans, recipes, and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
  • Check trays for accuracy and dietary requirements.
  • Ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
  • Review and implement diet changes and menu adherence.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a senior living setting preferred.
  • Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Advanced computer skills, including email.
