Job summary

Leer Inc. is seeking a reliable Production Operator for the 2nd shift to operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment. You will help ensure efficient and safe manufacturing while meeting daily targets and quality standards.

You will follow standard operating procedures, document production data, and cooperate with team members to keep a clean, organized workspace and timely reporting of any issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus.
• Proficient with drills, saws and small hand tools.
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.

Physical Requirements
