Job summary

Leer Inc is seeking a reliable Production Operator for our 2nd shift to operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality manufacturing. You will follow SOPs, meet daily goals, inspect equipment, and document data while adhering to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lifting 20–50 pounds, using drills and saws, reading blueprints, and willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Good communication and math skills with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct quality checks and document production data accurately.
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Meet production targets and deadlines as assigned.
