Leer East in Milton, PA is seeking highly motivated, dependable employees to join our team on the production floor. The 1st Shift starts at 5:00 AM.
For a limited time: $500 Sign-on Bonus payable after 90 days of successful employment AND $750 Sign-on Bonus payable after 6 months of successful employment!
Overtime may be scheduled, and some Saturday availability is required.
Preferred candidates will have 1–3 years of manufacturing experience. Leer offers full-time hours, overtime, and 10 paid holidays from the date of hire. Eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package begins after 30 days of full-time employment and includes paid holidays, group health insurance, prescription coverage, dental, vision, short-term disability, and a 401(k) plan. Paid vacation is available after 1 year of employment.

The painter will follow and maintain Standard Practice Instructions on quality by inspecting incoming units prepared for paint, using proper painting techniques, and producing a quality product in a production setting.
Prior automotive auto body technician experience, skilled in manufacturing as a painter, or Vo-Tech/Technical/Trade school training in auto body repair is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in the use of hand tools are a plus. Skills are typically acquired through work experience or on-the-job training. Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Ability to read and verbally communicate in English.
This role involves walking, pushing units on carts, and repetitive arm and hand motions. The employee may be exposed to hazardous chemicals and fumes, requiring safety equipment such as disposable coveralls, air-supplied hoods, gloves, and hearing protection. The work environment can be hot.
