Job summary

The Epsten Group, based in Atlanta, GA, seeks a full-time LEED Specialist to provide technical expertise and project management for LEED certification across BD+C, ID+C, and O+M, as well as Fitwel, WELL, SITES, Living Building Challenge, and Green Globes. The role offers growth toward Team Leader within a sustainability-focused firm.

The candidate will guide cross-disciplinary teams, prepare/verify documentation, and support ESG initiatives while leveraging MS Office and rating systems knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Policy, or Environmental Studies.
• LEED AP with specialty required.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret building floor plans, sections, site plans, construction specifications, mechanical schedules, commissioning reports and operational policies.

Responsibilities

• Educate and engage the marketplace through written, verbal, and in-person meetings with project teams and owners.
• Provide technical customer service support to project teams.
• Contribute to the continued development and increased technical knowledge of fellow Specialists through collaborative teamwork.
• Understand the building-related sustainability rating systems, including forms, calculations, and documentation requirements for LEED.
• Opportunity to work with LEED, SITES, TRUE, GRESB, WELL, Fitwel, Parksmart, and Living Building Challenge rating systems and related documentation.
• Opportunity to work with ESG-related forms, calculations, and documentation for clients seeking third-party verification.
