The LEED Compliance Coordinator supports sustainable building operations by coordinating and monitoring all activities related to LEED O+M and WELL program administration. This role leads daily LEED compliance efforts, ensures timely and accurate documentation across the Arc platform and LEED Online, and tracks key performance data such as compliant purchasing and utility metrics to ensure alignment with established goals and requirements. The coordinator provides routine reporting on sustainability performance, identifies issues, and helps develop corrective actions that keep programs on schedule and within scope. In addition, the role supports WELL Building strategies that enhance air quality, water systems, lighting, materials, and occupant well-being. The coordinator also contributes to asset management by maintaining inventories, monitoring lifecycle information, and partnering with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure consistent facilities operations. The position further supports organizational resilience by leading updates to Business Continuity plans, participating in exercises, aiding recovery efforts, and delivering general operational support to uphold reliable and sustainable facility performance.
Candidates with a LEED AP certification are preferred; however, individuals holding a LEED Green Associate credential will also be considered.
