Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence in customer service in the store by upholding high retail standards to ensure an in‑store experience that aligns with company standards.
• Initiate conversations with all customers, building a relationship to learn interests and identify products to suggest.
• Assist customers in the fitting room and recommend products aligned with customer needs and preferences through suggestive selling, encouraging the customer to make a purchase.
• Build brand loyalty by promoting the rewards program and achieving weekly loyalty sign‑up goals.
• Learn about new products and trends to better engage customers.
• Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Provide information and advice on product performance, features, and specifications.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain point‑of‑sale integrity.
• Follow all company and store policies, processes, and procedures.
• React quickly to all customer and employee injuries and report them immediately to the manager on duty.
• Participate in loss prevention audits and comply with company loss prevention policies to minimize store shrink.

Position Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age or older.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
• Minimum availability of 12 hours per week, including one weekend day. Additional availability is a plus.

Essential Functions

• Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.
• Operate office equipment and technology (e.g., cash register, computers, phones, scanners).
• Stand and move throughout the store during scheduled shifts; walk and assist customers, retrieve merchandise, and recover the store.
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; push/pull full racks of merchandise for restocking.
• Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Occasional manual labor required to assemble displays and rearrange the store layout.
• Read labels accurately, assist customers, and complete tasks requiring attention to detail.
• Use fine manipulation to sort and organize clothing (e.g., place on hangers, fold, organize by color/size).

Pay Range

$12.00–$15.65 per hour.
