Lee Health is seeking an OB/GYN Core Faculty Physician!

Lee Health system is a non-profit organization with over 16,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,250 primary care and specialty providers across 90+ practice locations in Southwest Florida. The system includes 4 acute care hospitals and 2 specialty hospitals with a total of 1,812 beds.

Position Information:

Lee Health is expanding! We are looking for a Board Certified OB/GYN Physician to serve as a core faculty member in our Graduate Medical Education Residency Program.

Applicants must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida and possess a current, active DEA license. Prior GME or teaching experience is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Core Faculty is expected to dedicate at least 40 hours per week, divided among:

1. Education, research, and professional development
2. Administration
3. Patient care and clinical supervision

Position Expectations: The Core Faculty serves as a role model and expert in OB/GYN, fostering professionalism and creating a positive learning environment through constructive feedback and setting clear expectations for patient care.
