Lee Health is Seeking a Regional Medical Director of Primary Care

This is a 50% Clinical, 50% Administrative role for a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, either as a site lead or medical director, and a passion for patient care. Responsibilities include leading practice meetings, coaching on quality, providing feedback, and fostering communication with physicians and APPs.

- Clinical work involves providing comprehensive and preventive care.

- After-hours call by telephone only.

- Strong clinical support at the practice level using team-based care.
