Job summary

Nationwide Video is seeking a hands-on LED repair technician in Wixom, MI. The role focuses on repairing LED modules, maintaining spare parts inventory, and collecting analytical data to support operations and customer service.

You will coordinate service with OEMs, monitor deliveries, and communicate status to relevant teams while upholding 5S standards in a warehouse-office setting. Prior IPC knowledge and soldering skills are required.

Qualifications

• Basic soldering skills and related tool knowledge.
• Basic IPCJ-STD knowledge.
• Basic IPC-610 knowledge.
• Basic IPC 7711/7721 knowledge.
• Basic low-voltage electrical knowledge.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Service.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Control.

Responsibilities

• Repair LED modules and maintain LED spare parts inventory.
• Collect and maintain analytical data for LED module failures and prepare reporting.
• Coordinate LED service and repair with OEMs.
• Monitor deliverables and communicate status to Logistics and Customer Service.
• Build relationships with vendors and manage their performance.
• Assist accounting with PO/Invoice research.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow 5S standards.
