Job summary

Cindavi in Milwaukee, WI seeks an Electronic Engineer II to design LED lighting and power electronics for high-performance machines. You will translate RFQs into manufacturable designs, troubleshoot complex circuits, and help develop design standards and testing methods for harsh environments.

You will participate in DFMEA/DFM reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost, performance, and reliability across motorcycle, ATV/UTV, snowmobile, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
4+ years of experience designing electronic circuits.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement LED lighting and power electronics solutions for harsh environments with stringent EMI and BCI requirements.
Translate customer and sales inquiries and RFQs into manufacturable electronic designs.
Troubleshoot complex circuit and system-level issues, including direct technical communication with customers and suppliers.
Develop, apply, and continuously improve design standards, testing methods, and best practices.
Apply structured problem-solving techniques throughout new product development and continuous improvement efforts.
