Job summary

Elemental Brands in Reno, NV is seeking an Assembly Technician I for a full-time role supporting production of linear lighting products. You will assemble, test, and inspect LED components and systems under close supervision to ensure quality and safety.

The position offers core hours Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience are preferred, along with basic metrology skills and a willingness to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of relevant experience.
• Safe use of metrology tools such as calipers, handheld photometer, and multimeter.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Work with low voltage electricity in a controlled environment.
• Knowledge of quality practices and ISO regulations is a plus.
• Understanding of LED terminology, photometry, and related testing equipment.
• Effective communication in English (in person, phone, and writing).

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture linear lighting applications under Production leadership.
• Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks.
• Test and inspect finished goods before shipping from the distribution center.
• Record test results for electrical function and reliability.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
