Qualifications

• Masters degree in Exercise Physiology or related field with CSCS or will obtain CSCS within 6 months of hiring date.
• PhD in Exercise Physiology, CSCS, and 5 years of collegiate teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Clinical curriculum coordination across the curriculum; ensure competencies are introduced, reinforced and assessed.
• Competency tracking, mapping, and documentation of student attainment.
• Develop and coordinate clinical cases, simulations, and practice-oriented activities.
• Identify and train qualified preceptors; provide orientation and training on expectations and assessment.
• Monitor student progression, coordinate remediation and reassessment as needed.
• Provide CSCS expertise and assist faculty with CASCE alignment and assessment.
• Analyze feedback data to identify curricular strengths and areas for improvement.
