Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field of study.
• Demonstrated teaching experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with students in traditional and online environments.
• Ability to collaborate with instructors, graduate teaching associates, and undergraduate teaching assistants.
• Potential PhD or terminal degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Management and Human Resources.
• Design syllabi with course descriptions and learning objectives.
• Develop course content and materials; design and manage curriculum.
• Deliver course material across in-class, online, and hybrid modalities.
• Create and maintain course platforms on Carmen Canvas.
• Guide students through assignments; foster an inclusive classroom.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors for student success.
