Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an ARC-PA accredited program.
• Current NCCPA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Current license or eligibility for licensing as a physician assistant in the State of Texas.
• MD/DO with a full unrestricted license or eligibility to obtain such licensure in Texas.
• Master’s degree or higher in a health or science related field.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate courses within the Master of Physician Assistant Studies program.
• Pool contracts are for one semester based on departmental needs and may be renewed based on performance and need.

Education

Master’s degree from ARC-PA accredited program

Current NCCPA certification

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

Current license or eligibility for Texas physician assistant licensure

Doctor of Medicine/Osteopathy (MD/DO) with unrestricted license or eligibility
