• Builds or adapts course syllabus for each offering.
• Vets current textbook and aligns with course objectives.
• Plans lectures and designs assessments for the course.
• Organizes the course within Rutgers Canvas LMS and submits grades on time.
• Monitors student questions daily and responds within 24 hours.
• Posts weekly announcements regarding content and deadlines.
• Provides timely feedback on student work.
• Facilitates student interaction and engagement in class.
• Offers virtual office hours as needed to support students.
• Complies with grade submission policies and deadlines.
