The Department of Psychological, Health, and Learning Sciences (PHLS) in the College of Education at the University of Houston is seeking adjunct faculty to teach in the Masters of Counseling program (M.Ed). Appointments are made on a semester basis and may be renewed as needed. The department has experienced rapid growth in the demand for the Counseling Master’s degree at both the University of Houston Main and Sugar Land campuses.
We welcome candidates with expertise in training future clinical mental health and school counselors, who demonstrate a strong counseling identity through certification/licensure, professional development, service, or scholarship.
