The Department of Psychology at Indiana University South Bend is seeking to fill the position of Lecturer in Psychology. The candidate must be able and willing to teach Introductory Psychology and undergraduate courses related to methodology (e.g., research methods, statistics, non-experimental design, and APA style writing.) The area of specialization is open. The teaching load is the equivalent of 12 credit hours of undergraduate coursework each semester (fall and spring). Summer teaching is voluntary and compensated separately. Lecturers are expected to participate in service activities to the department, school, campus, or community, such as regularly attending and participating in faculty meetings and serving on relevant committees. This position does not carry expectations for a research program or publications. The Psychology Department at IU South Bend offers a BA degree.
