Qualifications

• Experience in teaching (FE preferred) in Agriculture or related field.
• Willing to gain a teaching qualification with support from Hartpury.
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject is desirable.
• Strong industry experience valued.
• Ability to collaborate with external partners and industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional teaching for a T-Level qualification.
• Inspire students in Land-based Engineering and agriculture.
• Keep accurate records on student progress and inform teaching decisions.
• Be a strong team player and engage with external partners and industry.
