The Curriculum and Instruction Department in the College ofEducation at the University of Houston offers a broad range ofundergraduate and graduate-level courses in education acrossmultiple content areas, including art education, and occasionallyhas openings for part-time Lecturers.

Interested and qualified candidates with experience in arteducation are invited to apply to be considered for thesetemporary, part-time positions. Lecturer appointments are made on asemester basis.

The minimum qualification of the successful candidate is a M.Ed.degree in a closely related field. A doctorate in a related fieldand relevant teaching experience are preferred.
